I am a traditionally published author who teaches courses in Consciousness and Human Potential at Maharishi International University in Iowa. My first nonfiction book, An Antidote to Violence, was published in 2020 and is a bestseller for Changemakers Books and John Hunt Publishing. My second nonfiction book, Creating a Happy World, was published by O Books in July, 2024. Due to these two books, I am a frequent guest on podcasts.
